Distance of 3 rounds= 3*2\pir

                                  = 6\pir

Distance of 1/2 round= (2\pir)/2

                                   = \pir

Distance of 3 1/2 rounds= 6\pir+\pir

                                        = 7\pir

Displacement= Shortest distance between intial point and final point

Displacement= Diameter of the cirle

                      = 2r

Ratio= 7\pir/2r

        = 7\pi

∴ Answer= 7\pi
