Given that,

Velocity = 10.8 km/hr

Acceleration = 3 m/s²

We need to calculate the time

Using equation of motion

v=u+at

Put the value into the formula

10.8\times\dfrac{5}{18}=0+3\times t

t=\dfrac{10.8\times5}{18\times3}

t=1\ sec

We need to calculate the distance at they meet again

Using formula of distance

v=\dfrac{d}{t}

d=v\times t

Put the value into the formula

d=10.8\times\dfrac{5}{18}\times1

d=3\ m

Hence, The distance at they meet again is 3 m.
