initial velocity ( u ) = 14 m/s

acceleration ( a ) = 6 m/s^2

final velocity ( v ) = 18 m/s

So we will put the 3rd formula

v^2 = u^2 + 2as

(18)^2 = (14)^2 +2×6×s

324 = 196 + 12s

324 - 196 = 12s

128 = 12s

128/12 = s

10.67 = s
