A is the starting point, while B is the point where it reaches after completing a semicircle
Assuming positive X-axis to be positive velocity
Velocity at A=10 m/s
Velocity at B=(-10) m/s.
Thus change in velocity=velocity at B-velocity at A=(-10)-10 m/s= (-20) m/s.
If you consider opposite sign convention, then change in velocity will be +20 m/s.
