If the cyclist is going aaeound the track at a constant speed (linear) of 10m/s, then the change in linear speed is zero

However the change in velocity ,acceleration , is a =(v^2)/r

That is a = (10^2)/5 =20 m/s^2 and is directed towards the centre .

This is the same at all angles ,given that speed is constant at v=10mm/s
