Radius of The Circular Track=100 m

When Cyclists Move on its Circumference he will complete one Revolution.

Total Length of Circumference

=2πr

 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 100 \\ \\ \frac{4400}{7} m

Time Taken =4 minutes=60×4=240 seconds

Average Speed=Total Distance ÷Total Time

 \frac{4400}{7} \div 240 \\ \\ \frac{4400}{7} \times \frac{1}{240} \\ \\ \frac{55}{7 \times 3} \\ \\ \frac{55}{21} \\ \\ 2 \frac{13}{21} \: or \: 2.61

Average Velocity=Total Displacement÷Total Time

Displacement is Shortest Distance between any Two Points.

Refer To given Figure

If A have to B by Shortest route simply he will Go to That Point by Diameter Length.

Total Displacement is Diameter of Circle

=2r=2×100=200 m

Total time=240 s

 \frac{200}{240} \\ \\ = \frac{5}{6} \\ = 0.83

Average Speed=2.61 m/s

Average Velocity=0.83 m/s
