         = 105m

perimeter of circle = 2πr

                               = 2*22/7*105

                               = 660m

time t = 10mins = 10*60 sec

                         = 600 s

velocity (or) speed = perimeter / time

                               = 660 / 600

                               = 1.1 m/s

Speed=Distance/time

Speed=660/600

Speed=1.1 meter per second

if we want to convert it in kmph

we multiply it 18/5

so,

1.1*18/5

=3.96 kmph.
