Answer :

Speed of cyclist = 9km/h = 2.5m/s

Radius of circular path = 5m

Acc. due to gravity = 10m/s²

We have to find angle of cyclist with vertical.

Bending of cyclist !

In order to take a circular turn of radius r with speed v, the cyclist shoulf bend himself through an angle Φ from thr vertical such that

  • tanΦ = v²/rg

➝ tanΦ = v²/rg

➝ tanΦ = 2.5²/(5×10)

➝ tanΦ = 2.5/5 × 2.5/10

➝ tanΦ = 1/8

Φ = tan^{-1}(1/8)

God_Bless :)
