ANSWER :-

distance covered = 14 kms = 14000 m

time taken = 30 secs

SPEED = DISTANCE / TIME

therefore, speed = (14000 / 30) m/s

= 466.66 m/s = ( 466.66 ) × 18/5 km/hrs.
