total distance traveled=1/2 ×2πr
=πr
=3.14×120
=376.8
speed=total distance ÷ total time
=376.8÷ 120
=3.14

Answer:3.14 M/s

Explanation:since he travels semicircle so distance travelled=π×r =3.14×120= 376.8 (r=120m)

Now average speed

=total distance ÷total time

On substituting values

Avg speed=376.8÷120

(2 minutes=120 seconds)

This gives avg speed =3.14 m/sec
