\mathfrak\red{given:}

distance travelled=144 km

let time taken to travel 144 km be 'x hrs'

a cyclist covers 12 km in 2/3 hrs

as, the cyclist is moving with uniform speed.....

the distance travelled is directly proportional to time...

so,

12/144=(2/3)/x

1/12=2/3x

x=8 hrs.....

\huge\mathcal\red{time taken to travel 144 km by a cyclist with uniform speed will be 8 hours}

hope it helps!!☺
