A cyclist travelling at a uniform speed covers a distance of 9 km in 30 min. Find the speed of the cyclist in m s-¹​

v = s/t

the unit should be there in km/h or m/s

9/(30/60)=9/1/2 = 9.2= 18km/h

by the problem we want change it into ms-¹ or
