A cyclist travels at 8 km/hr for 2 hours and then at 11 km/hr for 1 hour. Find his average speed.

avg speed = T.D/T.T

T.D = 16 + 11 = 27

T.T = 2+1 = 3

avg speed = 27/3

avg speed = 9 km/hr
