Let the height and radius of a Cylinder and Cone be R.
Then,
The ratio of their CSA = 2πrh:πrl= 8:5

2×22/7×r×r:22/7×r×under root r²+r² = 8:5

SOLVE THIS YOU WILL GET THE RATIO OF RADIUS AND HEIGHT OF CONE AND CYLINDER IS 3:4
