Given:

Radius of Cylinder= 4.2 cm

Height of Cylinder= 30 cm

Surface of Cylinder (both ends are closed) = 2πrh + 2πr²

Surface of Cylinder= 2πr(h+r)

Surface of Cylinder= 2×(22/7) × 4.2 (30+4.2)

= 44×.6(34.2)

= 26.4(34.2)

Surface of Cylinder= 902.88 cm²

Hence, the surface area of the cylinder is 902.88 cm²

Hope this will help you...
