Step-by-step explanation:To find the volume of the cylinder we need the radius and the height of the cylinder.Height is given we just need to figure out the radius of the base of cylinder which we can get easily.

Perimeter(circumference) of circle = 2πr

22m = 2 *3.14*r

22m = 6.28 *r

22m/6.28 = r

3.5m = r

We have figured out the radius now we just need to put value accordingly in the formulae of Volume of cylinder.

Volume of cylinder = π h

= 22/7 *(3.5)² * 3

= 22/7 *3.5m *3.5m *3m

= 22 * 0.5m *3.5m *3m

= 115.5m³
