is dipped half in paint bucket
then the area of half cylinder = c.s.a./2+area of circle
= (2*22/7*r*h/2)+(22/7*r^2)
=22/7*r(r+h)
height = h

= (2*22/7*r*h/2)+(22/7*r^2)
=22/7*r(r+h)
