To Find :

  • Length of edge of cube

Solution :

  • Height of cylinder = 3.5 m
  • Radius = 11m

Cylinder us melted and changed into cube this means that volume of cylinder is equal to volume of cube.

\boxed{\underline{\blue{\bf{Volume\: of\: cylinder  = πr^{2}h }}}}

= 22/7 × 11² × 3.5

= 22/7 × 121 × 3.5

= 9317/7

= 1331 m³

\boxed{\underline{\blue{\bf{Volume\: of\: cube  = a^{3} }}}}

›› a³ = 1331

›› a³ = 11 × 11 × 11

›› a = 11m

\green{\textrm{Length of the edge of the cube is 11m}}
