Volume of cylinder=Volume of cone

πr²1h1=⅓πr²2h2

r²1h1=⅓r²2h2

20×20×9=⅓×r²2×108

r²2=20×20×9×3×1/108

r²2=5×20

r²2=100

r2=√100

r2=10cm

Therefore, the radius of base of cone is 10cm.
