area of base=616m square=
2\pi \: r
=>308=22/7 ×r
=> 308×7/22=r
=>98 =radius
 csa= 2\pi \: rh
=2×22/7×98×48

Volume of cylinder pillar =Area of the base×Height
=616×48=29568m^3

Let radius =r m
Area of base=616m^2
πr^2=616
r^2=(616×7)/22
=28×7
r=√28×7=14m
Lateral surface area of cylinder pillar=2πrh
=2×22/7 ×14×48
=2×22×2×48
=88×48=4224m^2
