Vol of water entering persecond in the tank is (π× r^2 x lenght per second = 3.14 ×(3.5×3.5)×(35×5÷18)×100 =37396.5
Volume of tank is 10 x 10 x 10 cm cube =1000
Time taken to fill the tan=1000÷37396.5=0.026 seconds
