volume of the metal of acylinder is pi r square h.Then
h-25cm
d-10.4cm
thickness- 8cm
outer diameter(D)- d+thickness
10.4+8= 18.4
pi value 22/7
r=10.4/2=5.2
R=18.4/2=9.2
2pih(R square- r square)
2*22/7(9.2-5.2)
2*22/7*4
