Answer:

GIVEN :

DIAMETER(D)=32CM

HEIGHT(H) =1m=100cm

RADIUS OF CYLINDER=D/2=32/2=16CM

SURFACE AREA OF.CYLINDER =2

2\pi \: r  \: {h + r}

=2×22/7×16(100+16)

=11666.28cm^2

So if we want to paint if fully then the cost of painting is 11666.28×5=₹58331.42

IF WE WANT TO PAINT ONLY Outer SURFACE THEN WE USE CURVED SURFACE AREA

2\pi \: rh

And multiply THE RESULT WITH 5 WE GET PAINTING COST FOR OUTER SURFACE.

HOPE IT HELP YOU
