Force= 314 N

Pressure = 200 Pa.

Pressure is given as

Pressure = Force / area

 Putting the values,

200 = 314/ πr²

200 = 314/3.14×πr²

r² = 0.5

r= 0.707

Circumference is given 2πr

∴ 2πr = 2 × 3.14 ×0.7

        = 4.39 m

Answer:

circumference ( 2πr ) = 8.85 m

Step-by-step explanation:

we are given  - Force= 314 N    ,   Pressure = 200 Pa.

  As we know that , Pressure is the perpendicular force per unit area

 thus , Pressure = Force / area

 also we know  Circumference of cylindrical block = by 2πr

finding the value of r : Putting the values,

200 = 314/ πr²

200 =( 314/3.14 )×r²

r² = 2

r= 1.41 m

Circumference is given 2πr

∴ 2πr = 2 × 3.14 ×1.41

    = 8.85m
