So radius will be 14 cm
Given when cuboid is completely submerged, so volume of cylindrical portion formed by original water level and after increase of water .
= volume of cuboid.= π r^2 h
11 x 7 x 16 = 22/7 x 14 x h
22/7 x 14 x h = 11 x 7 x 16
44 h = 77 x 16
h = 28 cm
So rise in water level will be 28 cm
