=22/7 ×21 ×21 ×h cm^3
= 22 × 63 h cm^3.......(ii)
From (i) and (ii)
22 × 63 h =22×14×10.5
h=(22×14×10.5)/(22×63)
h=7/3
h=2.33 cm
So, the rise in water level is 2.33 cm.
