Therefore, radius =21 cm

Dimensions of the rectangular solid =22 cm× 14cm×10.5 cm

Volume of solid=22×14×10.5 cm^3.......(i)

let the rise in water level be "h"

Therefore, volume of the rise in water level in the container = πr^2h

=22/7 ×21 ×21 ×h cm^3

= 22 × 63 h cm^3.......(ii)

From (i) and (ii)

22 × 63 h =22×14×10.5

h=(22×14×10.5)/(22×63)

h=7/3

h=2.33 cm

So, the rise in water level is 2.33 cm.
