area of the wet surface of the cylinder =2лrh+лr^2
                                                                 =2*22/7*10*7+22/7*7*7
                                                                 =440+154
                                                                 =594cm^2

Given,

A cylindrical container with internal radius = 10 cm and height = 7cm.

To Find,

The area of the wet surface of the cylinder.

Solution,

The wet surface area of the cylinder will include the area of its base and the curved surface area

So,

Wet area = 2πrh+πr²

where r is the radius and h is the height of the cylinder.

Now,

Wet surface area = 2*22/7*10*7+22/7*10*10

Wet surface area = 440+2200/7

Wet surface area = 754.29 cm²

Hence, the wet surface area of the cylinder is 754.29 cm².
