Radius of cylindrical = 7cm

Height = 16cm

volume \:  \: of \: cylidrical \: part = \pi {r}^{2} h \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7cm \times 7cm \times 16cm \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 2464cm^{3}

Radius of cone = 7cm

Height of cone = 3cm

volume \: of \: cone =  \frac{1}{3} \pi {r}^{2} h \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  =  \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 cm\times 7cm \times 3cm \\   \:  \:  \:  \: = 154 {cm}^{3}  \\ Actual \:Volume\: of \:glass =2464cm ^{3} -154 {cm}^{3 }  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 2310 {cm}^{3}  \\ (ii)we \: will  \: put \:  the \: seller\: in \: \\  category \: of \: cheater.
