Volume of cone = πh/3

= π * 3 * 3 * 12/3 = 113.1 cusecs

Volume of the hemisphere on the cone = 2/3 *πh

= 2/3 * π * r * r * r =  56.54 cusecs

therefore total volume of cone with icecream on the top = 113.1 + 56.54 = 169.64 cusecs

no. of cones = volume of cylinder / total volume of icecream cone             = 14
