The volume of the cylinder formula = pi*r^2*h
                                                           = 22/7 * 6*6*21
                                                            = 2376 cm cube
the volume of cone                            = 1/3 pi*r^2*h
                                                            = 1/3 * 22/7 * 3*3*12
                                                             = 792/7
no.of cones can be filled with ice creams = vol.of cylinder / vol. of cone
                                                                      =2376/(792/7)
                                                                      =( 2376*7)/792
                                                                      =21
