d=7cm and h=40cm therefore,

v =  \frac{\pi}{4}  \times 7 \times 7 \times 40 \\  =  \frac{22 \times 7 \times 7 \times 40}{7 \times 4}  \\  =  22 \times 7 \times 10 \\ = 1540 {cm}^{3}

80% of Volume =

 =  \frac{80}{100}  \times 1540 \\  = 154 \times 8 \\  = 1232  {cm}^{3}
