A cylindrical jar of radius 6 centimetre contains oil. Iron spheres each of radius 1.5 cm is immersed in the oil. How many spheres are necessary to raise the level of the oil by two centimetre

Given that,

Radius of cylinder jar = 6 cm = r1

Level to be rised = 2 cm = h

Radius of each iron sphere is 1.5cm

Radius of each iron sphere = Vol.of cylinder /vol.of sphere
= 6×6×2/4/3×1.5×1.5×1.5
No. sphere =16
