MR = VR/AR  

MR = π4D²H / π4D²+ πDH

Given, D = H,

MR=D/H…..(i)

MC= VC/AC  

MC = π4D²H / 2×π/4D²+ πDH

MC = D/4 H/ D/2 + DH

MC = 200 x 100 / 4 x 100 / 200/2 + 100

MC = 25 ... (ii)

MR =  1.2Mc

D/5 = 1.2 times 25

D = H = 150 mm is the final answer for this question
