TSA of cylinder = 2πr(h+r)
                        = 2 x 22/ 7 x 7/2 (9 +3.5)
                        =22 x 12.5
                        = 275 m²
cost = 275 x 35 = rs 9625

Area which had to be paint will be CSA + base area = 2πrh + πr²
So, area to be painted = 2π * 7/2 * 9 + π * 7 = 220 m²
 For 1 m² = Rs. 35
so, for 220 m² = 220 * 35 = Rs. 7700
