The diameter of the cylinder is 100 cm = 1 m

it's radius is = 0.5 m

The height of the cylinder is = 2.5 m

So it's CSA is = 2πrh

= 2×3.14×0.5×2.5 m²

= 2×314/100×5/10×25/10

= 7.85 m²

And the cost of painting is = (12.5)(7.85)

98.125 Rs/-

Hope this helps you
