CYLINDRICAL PILLAR:
DIAMETER=50m
we know that ,
radius is half of the diameter
RADIUS=1/2Diameter
Radius=1/2×50
Radius=25m
HEIGHT=3.5m

CURVED SURFACE AREA OF A CYLINDER=2πrh
=2×22/7×25×3.5
=2×22×25×0.5
=44×12.5=
=550sq.cm

thus the curved surface area of the cylindrical pillar is 550 square cm

cost of painting :
curved surface area of cylindrical pillar×rate of painting
550×12.50
=6875₹

Therefore we get the cost of painting the pillar is ₹6875
