Volume of the cylinder =πr^2h=172.48 litres = 0.17248 m^3 (1m^3= 1000 litres)

since h=0.7 m

Therefore r^2= 0.17248/(πh)

= 0.17248/(22/7x 0.7)= 0.0784

So radius of cylinder “r” =√(0.0784)

= 0.28 m or

= 28 cm.
