Let Depth be d

Volume= 5632 m^3
diameter = 16m
radius = diameter/2 = 16/2 = 8m

According to the formula,
Volume of cylinder ===>
\pi  \times  {r}^{2}  \times d
5632 = 22/7 * 8*8 * d
d = (5632*7)/(22*8*8)
d= 39424/1408
d = 28 m

So, the depth of tank is 28 meters...
