The cylindrical tank has a capacity of 6160 cm^3 and its radius is 14cm
Let the depth of the tank be h cm..
so , According to the question....
\pi \times  {14}^{2}  \times h = 6160 \\ or \:  \: h =  \frac{6160 \times 7}{14 \times 14 \times 22}  \\ or \:  \: h = 10cm
so the depth is 10cm
so the curved surface area is =(2× 22/7 ×14×10)cm^2
=880cm^2
At the rate of rs 3per square meter it will cost...
=(880×3)=2640rs

Volume of the tank =capacity of the tank

Therefore

6160m³=22/7×14×14×h

6160=616h

10=h

Curved surface area of tank=2×22/7×14×10=

880m²

Therefore cost of painting =880×3=₹2640
