VOLUME OF CYLINDRICAL TANK= CAPACITY OF THE TANK
therefore,
6160 m3= 22/7*14*14*h
6160=22*28*h
6160=616*h
so, here's the answer,
h=10m
FURTHER
CSA OF THE TANK= 2*22/7*14*10= 880 M2
cost of painting= 880 m2 * 3/m2 = Rs 2640
hope it helps and hope the ans is right.
all the best!!

Given radius = 14m. then the diameter will be d = 2r = 28m.

Given, Volume of the cylinder = 6160.

                    pir^2h = 6160

                    (22/7) * (14)^2 * h = 6160

                    22/7 * 196 * h = 6160

                      616h = 6160

                           h = 10m.
