A cylindrical tank has a radius of 14 cm and a height of 4 cm and is filled completely with water. If this water is poured into a rectangular container with length of 11 cm and width of 8 cm, what will be the height to which water will rise in this container? (Assume pi=22 /7)

Heya !!!
Radius of cylindrical tank ( R) = 14 cm
Height of cylindrical tank ( H) = 4 cm
Therefore,
Volume of cylindrical tank = πR²H
=> 22/7 × 14 × 14 × 4
=> 22 × 2 × 14 × 4
=> 2464 cm³.
Length of Rectangular container ( L) = 11 cm
Breadth of Rectangular container (B) = 8 cm.
Height of Rectangular container ( H) = ?
Volume of Rectangular container = Volume of cylindrical tank
L × B × H = 2464
11 × 8 × H = 2464
88 × H = 2464
H = 2464/88
H = 28 cm
Hence,
Height of water which will be rise in container = 28 cm.
