75.46 = 22/7 *r2
r2 = 75.46*7/22
r2 = 3.43*7
r2 = 24.01
r = root or 24.01
r = 4.89
circumference of base = 2 *22/7 *(4.89) = 30.79

r2 = 75.46*7/22
r2 = 3.43*7
r2 = 24.01
