\huge\tt\red{ANSWER√}

Height (h)= 70 cm

Inner Radius (r)= 100 cm

Outer Radius (R)= 100+2= 102 cm

Volume of cement used

V= π (R²-r²) h

V =  \frac{22}{7}  \times ( {102}^{2}  -  {100}^{2} ) \times 70 \\  \\  \frac{22}{7}  \times 404 \times 70 \\  \\  \frac{622160}{7}  \\  \\  = 88880 \: c {m}^{2}  \:  \: ans. \\  \\ hope \:  \: it \:  \: helps \\  \\ mark \:  \: brainliest \:  \: pls
