Given:

Diameter = 56 cm

Time = 5 hours

Oil spilled = 36960 cm³

To Find:

The rate of falling of height of oil inside the tank (in cm/h) considering it is uniform

Explanation:

volume of oil spill/h =

36960/5 =7392 cm³

let the drop in height of the oil be h

then

πr²h = 7392

= (22/7) × 28×28× h = 7392

= h = (7392×7)/(22×28×28)

= h = 3

Answer = 3 cm/h

Option (c) correct option.
