Given:

Radius of its base-3.5cm

To Find:

Depth of water-h

Solution:

As,π=22/7

Volume of cylinder=πr²h

Since 1 cm3 of water weighs 1g

Therefore,Volume of cylinder vessel=154cm³

πr²h=154

7/22×3.5×3.5×154=h

h=4cm

Hence,the depth of water is 4cm.
