1 litre = 1000cm³

2310 litre = 2310×10³ cm³

Hence, volume of the vessel is 2310×10³ cm³

Radius = Diameter/2 = 14/2 = 7cm

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

2310×10³ = 22/7 × 7² × h

h = 2310×10³×7/22×49 = 306.122cm
