height=21m
diameter of 1st=21m
so,radius =21/2
and diameter of 2nd =14 m
so, radius=14/2
circumference of 1st+circumference of 2nd×25=cost of renovating
cost=(2×22×21×21/7×2)+(2×22×14×21/7×2)×25
cost=1386+924×25
cost=59750rupees
