Diameter of the circle = 196 m

So, radius of the circle = 196/2 = 98 m

Distance traveled by the cyclist = 5 x circumference of the circle (Since he traveled 5 rounds).

Distance traveled by the cyclist = 5 (2πr)

= 5 * 2 * 22/7 * 98

= 3080 m

Time taken by him = 25 min = 25*60 = 1500 s

Speed of the cyclist = Distance/time

= 3080/1500

= 2.05333 m/s

The speed of the cyclist = 2.0533 m/s

Hope this helps you.
