A dam has 2 pipes A and B one depth is 15m and other is 25m from which pipe water will gush out faster and why?

I think it is probably the second pipe just on the basis of the formula for power
wkt P= W/t
where W can be written as F.S
from here we can identify that power is directly proportional to displacement
so deeper the dam the more the water will have to travel and the faster it will gush out
