Aqueous plant xylem are present in a most marshy water body in good amount. The plant  Xylem receives nutrients and water from soil and deposits in the upper surface of the water body. In certain cases for some of the plant, water flows through the cell to cell inter transmission procedure.

These aquatic plants grow remarkably to produce resistance to water flow and may ultimately stop the flow of water. This phenomenon occurs mostly during summer months when water evaporation rate becomes quite high.
